Cancellation Policy
- A 4-hour cancellation notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability.
- Cancellation before 4 hours of time of appointment: No cancellation fee
- Cancellation within 4 hours of time of appointment: 50% of the fee of the service booked
- No Information and no show: 100% of the fee of the service booked.
- In case if a guest is late for the services, the lapse time will be deducted from actual service time. In order to attend the next appointed guest, the guest will be provided services for the remaining time however will be charged for full services.
- The services will be considered cancelled if the person does not arrive for 15minutes after the service time. The guest will have to rebook the therapy.

Smoking and Alcohol
Out of consideration to other guests, please refrain from smoking and consuming alcohol within the spa premises. Alcohol dehydrates the body and will undo any hydrating benefits of our treatments.
Valuables
A secure locker for valuables is provided in the spa, but we recommend that no jewellery be worn at the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
